Fisheries in the Sea of Azov must be carried out in accordance with the distributed quotas in conformity with the Provisional Fisheries Regulations in the Sea of Azov. Each fishing vessel must keep fishing register. Industrial fisheries of sturgeon stocks are prohibited. Single sturgeon species caught in the fishing net by chance must be released in the sea. Industrial fisheries of herring are prohibited. In case of accidental catch of all species of dolphins they must be immediately released in their natural habitat and fishing area must be changed. All cases of accidental catch of dolphins must be reported to the territorial competent authorities. Fisheries in the Black Sea must be carried out in accordance with the distributed quotas in conformity with the Fisheries Regulations in the Black Sea. Industrial fisheries of sturgeon stocks are prohibited and any accidental catch of sturgeon species must be immediately released in the sea. Fishing of flat-fish in the EEZ is prohibited in the spawning period from 1 to 30 May. In case of accidental catch of all species of dolphins they must be immediately released in their natural habitat and fishing area must be changed. All cases of accidental catch of dolphins must be reported to the territorial competent authorities. Fisheries in the Dnieper storage ponds must be carried out in accordance with the distributed quotas in conformity with the Provisional Fisheries Regulations. Standard length of fishing nets in the Dnieper storage ponds must be of 70 metres. The Order sets optimum quantity of fishing nets calculated in thousands of pieces for each water body pertaining to the Dnieper storage ponds. Full text Ukrainian
