Abstract

The Ministry establishes that methodology for determining the minimum volume of aquaculture species subject to breeding and (or) keeping, growing, as well as release into a waterbody and withdrawal from a waterbody within the limits of a fishfarming site shall be used by the organizers of tenders for allotment of fishfarming sites for the purpose of elaboration and validation of documentation for conducting tenders. Minimum annual output of aquaculture species shall be established for each fishfarming site destined for auction sale through tenders. Item 8 introduces calculation formula for determination of minimum annual output of aquaculture species. Annex 1 contains minimum annual output distributed by the regions of the Russian Federation. Annex 2 contains minimum annual catch (harvest) of aquaculture species distributed by the regions of the Russian Federation. Annex 3 contains minimum annual amount of the Pacific salmon subject to release to waterbodies.
