Abstract

Standard design elaborated in conformity with the present shall be put at the basis of contract between the owner of the forest stock and forest manager and shall be compulsory for forestry and forest organization on allotted plots of forest stock. Standard design shall be elaborated for all types of forest management specified in the forestry licence. Standard design is a normative technical document ensuring inexhaustible and rational forest management and observation of silvicultural and ecological requirements set for forest management on the allotted plots of forest stock. Standard design shall be elaborated in conformity with the forest organization materials. In case of five years’ prescription of forest organization actualization of forest organization materials shall be carried out by removal of cutover and shifting areas in conformity with age classification with the consideration of prescription of forest organization.
