It consists of 57 articles specifying the requirements to be met for performing these activities, as well as the requirements for obtaining an authorization for exploiting these plants (in particular with reference to plant species originating from native forest: Pteridofilae and Orquidaceae, Bromeliaceae, Cactaceae, Euforbiaceae, Dicksoniaceae and Araceae). It prescribes the obligation of planting propagative materials and the prohibition of logging or cutting of chestnut tree Bertholettia excelsa. It also lists all information to be given to the Brazilian Institute for Forests' Development in order to obtain the aforementioned authorization. Full text Portuguese
