The Regulation, contained in the Annex, consists of 8 chapters and 10 Annexes. It establishes the financial assistance regime with the aim of promoting agricultural land exploitation according to the protection and improvement of the environmental sector. The Regulation also aims at preserving nature from pollution and promoting the use of environmental planning for agricultural exploitations.
