Abstract

This Order applies to network and transmission companies, as well as to Energinet.dk’ s supervision and control of payments for subsidies in adherence to Electricity Supply Act; to the recovery of costs for grid connection of power generation equipment in adherence to article 67 of the same Act; and to the recovery of costs for wind turbines to the grid and costs connected to the grid, according to the provisions stipulated in article 30 of the Act on Promotion of Renewable Energy. With this document, provisions are set to ensure that measurement of supplied energy is being properly registered in order to establish exact costs thereof. Penalties for non-compliance shall be subject to fines detailed in article 12.
