This Order enters into force on the date of its first official publication.
Abstract

These Standard Rules for the performance of internal analysis of corruption risks determine the procedure for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks by state bodies, organizations and subjects of the quasi-public sector. The basis for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks is the decision of the head of the subject of internal analysis of corruption risks, and in its absence - the person performing his duties or substitute for his position. Decision to conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks shall be made on the basis of the results of anti-corruption monitoring. The object of the internal analysis of corruption risks is activity of a structural unit, department, subordinate organization, territorial and equivalent subdivision of the subject of internal analysis of corruption risks.
