Order No. 11n of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education validating the Regulation on the state natural reserve "Karadag". Any activity contrasting the statute of the reserve shall be prohibited on the territory of state nature reserve, including: (a) landing and stay without authorization issued by the administration of state nature reserve; (b) movement and parking of motor vehicles not related to the functioning of state nature reserve, outside roads and outside authorized places; (c) flight of aircraft and helicopters below 2000 meters above the territory of the reserve and breaking the sound barrier; (d) navigation and stay of vessels; (e) walking domestic animals; (f) construction and placement of agricultural and industrial enterprises, residential and warehouse premises, tourist centers, holiday homes, sanatoria, summer cottages, campgrounds, tent camps and other facilities, not related to the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the Reserve and not constituting its infrastructure; (g) commercial, amateurish and sport hunting; (h) industrial, recreational and sport fisheries; (i) stay with firearms, pneumatic and throwing weapons, hunting gear, as well as with wildlife products, except for authorized officials; (j) ploughing up, except for forest fire prevention measures; (k) haymaking, except as fire prevention measures; (l) construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of capital construction facilities, including line structures, not related to the fulfilment of tasks and the functioning of the reserve; (m) explosive works; (n) introduction of wild fauna and wild flora species for acclimatization purposes; (o) application of pesticides, mineral fertilizers and chemical plant protection products and growth stimulants, the use of toxic chemicals for the protection of forests, including for scientific purposes; (s) waste disposal; (t) destruction and damaging of noticeboards, barriers, stands, boundary poles and other information signs and equipped ecological paths and recreation areas; (u) disturbance of wild animal species and feeding thereof by visitors; and (v) all types of photo and video filming (including amateur) without permission of the administration of the Reserve, except for photography and video filming except for photo and video filming as a work order.
