10 November 2014. This Order shall apply as of 1 January 2015 for article 4 (importer’s notification deadlines of plants and plant products shipment arrival due to inspection).
Abstract

The Order sets regulations with regard to the prevention of introducing into Denmark certain organisms originating from non-EU areas, with the goal of avoiding the proliferation of certain organisms originating from plants. Commercial trade of plants must be duly notified to the Danish AgriFish Agency and must comply with conditions listed in Appendix 5. Good- health certification of these traded plants shall be submitted accordingly and may be inspected for compliance by the Danish AgriFish Agency. List of Appendices:
