Abstract

This Order approves the rules for maintaining the registry of permanent residents of high mountain areas. It consists of six articles: Purpose (1) Registry (2); Information exchange for the registry (3); Information that is included in the registry (4); Duties and rights of the implementing agencies (5); and Rights of the implementing agency to information (6). The inclusion into the registry allows a person to benefit from multiple state advantages and breaks as provided under the Law of Georgia on Development of High Mountainous Regions (No. 4036-RS of 2015).
