Abstract

This Order sets out regulations relative to the delimitation of the National Park Wadden Sea through the National Park Wadden Sea Fund. The purpose of the Order is to ensure conservation and protection of the National Park and its water-courses, as well as its natural environment. The National Park Wadden Sea Fund is appointed by the Minister of Environment and covers costs for administrative planning which must take place by 31 December 2012. The National Plan must not conflict with the Act on the protection of the external coastline of Tøndermarsken, of the area and wildlife of Wadden Sea Reserve, and the compliance with Nature 2000 protection of certain species conservation areas.
