This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, regulates National fishing vessels activity in order to protect the seabed from the negative impacts of fishing activity. It establishes the conditions aiming at: Promoting sustainable management and exploitation of marine biological resources; Protecting biodiversity, marine vulnerable ecosystems and other natural values​​; Preserving the seabed from the negative impacts of the fishing activity; Contributing to collection of information on vulnerable marine ecosystems. The Annex specifies geographical coordinates and lays down a map of the authorised fishing area.
