Abstract The Order applies to all animals (including calves) produced and slaughtered in Denmark for human consumption. The Order sets regulations on the applicable fee of DKK 25 for per each traded animal. This fee shall be paid by cattle suppliers and a weekly report shall be notified and submitted to teh Cattle Tax Fund in Copenhagen.
