The Ministry of Nature and Environment shall perform the following powers in the field of fisheries: (a) to establish total allowable catch; (b) to issue fishing authorization to business entities and organizations; and (c) to provide business entities with environmental impact assessment. Local government shall conclude fisheries agreement with business entity and issue license for fishfarming activities. The period of validity of fishfarming authorization shall be 2 years.
