Abstract

This Order amends annexes B and C of Order No. 522/95 of 31 May by defining "approved" and "non approved exploitation zones". Annex B establishes approved exploitation zones for fish (continental zones) and for mollusc culture (maritime coastal zones). Annex B establishes the sanitary conditions required for defining a zone as "approved zone" for exploitation of fish and molluscs. It specifies the requirements for obtaining an authorization to exploit (laboratory testing of fish to control fish diseases, etc.) in these zones. Such authorization may be recalled for non compliance with the requirements. Annex C establishes conditions for the exploitation of fish resources in non approved zones.
