Abstract

This Order regulates catching, holding on board, transhipment, landing, transport, stockage and trade of deepwater rose shrimp ('Parapenaeus longirostris'). This Order consists of 2 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform trawl fishing for shrimp such as: authorized fishing licences, authorized minimum size, closed season (September-November), fishing area geographical limits (specified in the text), etc.
