Abstract

This Order regulates transport and marketing of logged chestnut-tree of Bertholletia excelsa, originating from the State of Pará. It consists of 6 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied for obtaining an authorization for exploiting and managing the aforementioned tree specie, under the competence of Brazilian Institute for Environment - Ibama.
