Abstract

The Order sets regulations for the satellite monitoring of fishing vessels by the Danish AgriFish Agency. It encompasses the monitoring of Danish fishing vessels' positions at sea. The purpose of this Order is to ensure that vessels notify their registration reference when beginning fishing activities, in order to comply with national regulations on authorized marine fishing and location.
