Abstract

This Order, consisting of 26 articles divided into four Chapters and four Annexes, establishes the enforcement regime of operation 3.2.2 «Small investments in agricultural holding», and operation 3.3.2, «Small investments in processing and marketing of agricultural products», both of measure 3 «recovery of agricultural production» of the Mainland's Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). The support provided for in this Chapter pursues the following objectives: a) improve farmers' living, working and production conditions; b) contribute to the process of modernization and training of enterprises in the agricultural sector as well as the handling/processing and marketing of agricultural products. The support provided shall apply in the geographical area corresponding to areas not covered by a Local Development Strategy (EDL) supported under Action 10.2, «Implementation of Local Development Strategies» of Measure 10, Leader of the PDR 2020.
