Areas of land and water with all natural resources and objects are removed from economic use and allotted to the park in the manner established by law. Prior to establishing the boundaries of the park on the ground, its boundaries are determined in accordance with the Park Constituting Project. The boundaries of the plots of land pertaining to the park management are delimited in situ (on the ground) and fixed with boundary signs in the manner specified by law. Information about the boundaries, purpose, assessment, area of land plots pertaining to the park management and restrictions on their use are entered into the State Land Cadastre in accordance with the procedure established by law and must be taken into account during the reconstruction and development of adjacent territories. The park was created for the purpose of conservation, reproduction and rational use of natural landscapes of Podillia with unique historical and cultural complexes that have important environmental, scientific, educational, aesthetic, recreational and health significance. The main tasks of the park are: (a) preservation and reproduction of valuable natural and historical and cultural complexes and natural objects of the territory, primarily wild fauna and wild flora species, and natural habitats thereof, listed in Red Bok of Ukraine and international Red Lists; (b) creation of conditions for organized tourism, recreation and other types of recreational activities in natural conditions with observance of the security regime of protected complexes and objects; (c) organization and implementation of scientific and research works, including study of natural complexes and their changes in recreational conditions, development and implementation of scientific recommendations on issues related to protection of the natural environment, monitoring of landscape and biodiversity; and (d) carrying out ecological educational work.
