Abstract

This Order regulates designation of forestry land for certain economic activities and transferring thereof to forest users. Forestry land may be separated for undertaking economic activities for a period of time, such as for nurseries, creating gardens, plantations, forestry roads, etc. The designation is effective up to 20 years (12 sections).
