Entry into force on 2 January 2013.
Abstract

The Order sets regulations on the import, export, sale and production within the EU of electrical equipment listed under the Order’s Appendix 1 and bans trade of equipment containing hazardous substances as listed under Order’s Appendix 2. Marking of said commodities must comply with EU labeling-standards, following the Ministry of Environment’s control and authorization.
