Labelling of such products shall adhere to regulations in this document and follow EU standards. The Danish Returns A/S shall guarantee payment of deposits and fees for all products and packaging types as well as the registration of providers' product and packaging types in accordance with article 12 whereby a first-time provider shall sign disposable primary labeling, including secondary labeled disposables or reusable packaging.
