Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities for reviewing applications and taking decisions on the applications for renewal of subsoil management licences. The applicant shall submit application to the Ministry or its territorial body specifying the grounds for renewal and expressing its commitment to fulfil terms and conditions for subsoil management envisaged in the licence. The application must contain copies of the applicant’s constituent documents and a copy of its state registration as legal person. The Ministry or its territorial bodies shall review the application within 30 days from the date of filing.
