Measures are instituted of prohibition for commercial, recreational/sports and family fishing of any species of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other live aquatic creatures in natural fish habitats, for a period of 60 days, from April 9 to June 7 inclusive, and in the waters that constitute the state border, for a period of 45 days, from April 24 to June 7 inclusive, with the exceptions provided for in this order. Commercial and recreational/sports fishing of any species of fish is prohibited, crustaceans, molluscs and other living aquatic organisms in the Prut River and in the permanently or temporarily flooded areas adjacent Stânca-Costeÿti reservoir, for a period of 60 days, from April 9 to June 7 inclusive. Fishing for commercial and recreational/sports purposes of any species of fish, crustaceans, molluscs is prohibited and other living aquatic creatures in the Danube River in the area that constitutes the state border with the Republic of Bulgaria, for a period of 45 days, from April 16 to May 30, 2023 inclusive. Fishing for commercial, recreational/sports purposes is prohibited and family of any species of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other living aquatic creatures in the waters that constitute the state border with Ukraine, including the Gulf of Musura, for a period of 45 days, from April 16 to May 30, 2023 inclusive. Commercial, recreational/sports and family fishing of fish species and other live aquatic species is prohibited, as follows: (a) pike , from the date of entry into force of this order until March 20; (b) the walleye and the perch, from March 20 to June 7 inclusive; (c) сommon zingel (Zingel zingel), Danube streber (Zingel streber), Danube ruffe (Gymnocephalus baloni), Dnieper chub (Petroleuciscus borysthenicus/Leucisus borysthenicus), the common walleye (Sander volgense), Syrman goby (Neogobius syrman), Alpine bullhead (Cottus poecilopus), the flounder (Hucho hucho), the mullet (Lota lota) and Crucian carp (Carassius carassius), as well as other aquatic species included in annexes No . 4A and 4B; (d) whitefish and grayling, all year round; (e) sea trout, all year round; (f) indigenous trout, rainbow trout and brown trout, from the date of entry into force of this order until March 31 inclusive and October 1-December 31; (g) sturgeons, all year round, except for fishing for scientific purposes; (h) crayfish (Astacus astacus), from the date of entry into force of this order until June 15 inclusive and in the period from October 15 to December 31 inclusive; (i) capture of medicinal leeches (Hirudo verbana), for a period of 62 days, from June 15 to August 16 inclusive;j) crayfish ( Astacus leptodactylus), for females, during the period January 1 - April 9, inclusive and September 1-30 and November 1 - December 10 inclusive, and for males, between September 1-30 and November 1 - December 10 inclusive, on the territory of the Reserve of the "Danube Delta" Biosphere; k) the lin (Tinca tinca), from June 7 to July 6 inclusive, on the territory of the "Danube Delta" Biosphere Reserve. In the waters of the Black Sea, the following are prohibited: (a) keeping, owning and selling the shark in the period from March 15 to April 15 inclusive and from October 15 to November 30 inclusive; (b) keeping pregnant female sharks on board, throughout the year; (c) sturgeon fishing, throughout the year, with the exception of fishing for scientific purposes; (d) goby fishing, for a duration of 31 days, from April 15 to May 15 inclusive; and (e) dolphin fishing, all year round, with the obligation to report accidental catches of dolphins, including from the exclusive economic zone (EEZ).
