Abstract This Order lays down rules for the implementation of the Recommendation No. 18-02 of ICCAT establishing a multi-annual management plan for blue fin tuna in the Eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea which is attached to this Order. To this end, this Order sets forth obligations of the Policy Directorate for Agriculture, Food Safety and Rural Development Strategies, the Fisheries Inspectorate from the Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture Services, and the captains of fishing vessels for the implementation of points of the Recommendation mentioned in this Order.
