This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order regulates professional fishing in certain areas of the State of Paraná (specified in the text). It consists of 6 articles specifying authorized fishing gear to be used (also for shrimp fishing) and prohibiting fishing activity within a distance of 1,852 metres from the coastline (sardine fishing within the aforementioned areas is strictly prohibited). Control shall be carried out by the competent authority Ibama. Sanctions for offenders shall be applied in compliance with Act No. 7.679 of 23 November 1988 and Decree-Law No. 211 of 28 February 1967.
