It consists of three chapters: General provisions (I); Main provisions (II); and Final provisions (III). Wood materials of forest include needles, leaves, flowers, pollen, sap, juice, seed, pinecones, and fruit. Secondary materials include stumps, roots, phloem, bark, branches, and sticks. The Order regulates assessment, accounting, using quotas, and extraction planning of wood and secondary materials of forest.
