Abstract

This Order provides for the information about the state forest fund and sending thereof to the State Forestry Department. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Distinguishing competences in relation to the information about the state forest fund and sending thereof to the State Forestry Department (II); Main provisions (III); and Final provisions (IV). The purpose of the Order is to regulate the relations between state agencies and private parties in connection to the information about the state forest fund and their obligation to send such information to the State Forestry Department.
