Abstract

This Order sets the penalties for violations set out under the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 176/2010 amending Annex D to Council Directive 92/65/EEC regarding semen collection and storage, embryo collection of equine, ovine and goat species. Non-compliance of specified directives may result into up to 2 years' imprisonment.
