Abstract

This Order provides the rules for operating forest plantation nurseries. It consists of 10 articles: Legislative basis (1); Purpose and scope of regulation (2); Forest plantation nurseries and their purpose (3); Selecting and designating an area for a forest plantation nursery (4); Obtaining the right to undertake a forest plantation nursery (5); Main requirements imposed on the agreement that needs to be entered for undertaking a forest plantation nursery (6); Management of a forest plantation nursery (7); Restricting, suspending, revoking and restoring the forest use rights (8); Control and liability (9); and Dispute resolution (10). The purpose of the Order is to regulate the legal relations associated with production of timber and other plant resources by undertaking a forest plantation nursery.
