This Order enters into force on 16 February 2011.
Abstract

Under the Nature Conservation Act's article 19b (section 1), the implementation of activities listed in Annex 2 should be applied to internationally nature protected areas. Local authorities shall give written notice to make an estimate of the effect on the area, taking into account the area's conservation objectives.
