Abstract

This Order validates the List of pests subject to pest control financed by state budget. The main criterion for the application of a corresponding budget program for implementation of phytosanitary measures are data from the phytosanitary forecast related to the volume of phytosanitary measures carried out in the territory of the corresponding region (cities of national significance, capital), compiled by the state institution "National Methodological Center for Phytosanitary Diagnostics and forecasts" of the State Inspection in the agro-industrial complex subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the summer-autumn area surveys conducted in the previous year. Area subject to chemical treatment shall be determined in accordance to data provided by the National Methodical Center in accordance with indices of economic threshold of harmfulness for non-swarm locust species calculated per 8 or more larvae per 1 square meter and for harmful or extremely harmful organisms.
