Abstract

This Order classifies hazardousness risk in 4 categories: (a) extremely high risk; (b) high risk; (c) medium risk; and (d) limited risk. It establishes rules and regulations for determination of pollutants contents in fishery waterbodies and the modalities of pollution control. Maximum allowable limits of pollutants contents shall be classified in the following categories: (a) toxicological; (b) sanitary; (c) mixed sanitary and toxicological; (d) organoleptical; and (e) fishery safety.
