The purpose of this Regulation shall be to intensively organize one month's work throughout the country to eliminate carcasses of livestock caused by natural calamities and infectious diseases, to clean pasture, manure, fences, water points and water sources for prevention of human and animal diseases. The carcasses of dead livestock shall be located at least 500 meters away from the winter and spring shelters and shall be buried or burnt in deep holes. Manure shall be disposed in biothermic pits and disinfected. Vehicles used for transport of carcasses must pass disinfection. Full text Mongolian Website www.legalinfo.mn
