Abstract

This Order approves the Charter of the Spatial and Urban Development Agency. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Agency goals and functions (2); Management of the Agency (3); Structure of the Agency (4); State control of the Agency (5); Financing and property of the Agency (6); Accounting (7); Re-organization and liquidation of the Agency (8); and Amendments to the charter (9). The objectives of the Agency include to determine the spatial planning and urban development policy; to undertake activities permitted under the legislation for territorial use and development; and to take measures for spatial planning and urban development.
