This Order enters into force on 11 June 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the procedure for hygiene and anti-epidemic requirements applicable to medical waste management and disposal. It establishes that wear garments (clothes, bed clothing) shall be collected in containers and transported to laundry washing and disinfection. Used medical filters shall be considered waste, which shall be collected and transported for disposal as medical waste. Special containers for collection of medical waste shall be installed in healthcare facilities.
