Abstract This Regulation establishes hygienic requirements for soil quality, including soil quality control, and sets out indicators for assessment of soil quality and soil pollution. In the process of assessment of soil quality and soil pollution shall be taken into consideration chemical pollution level, i.e. degree of concentration of chemicals, including pesticides, in soil. It sets out indices in conformity with which soil shall be considered clean. Sampling of chemical, microbiological and parasitological soil shall be performed at least once a year for laboratory testing and soil quality assessment.
