This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the Forest+ Entrepreneur modality, according to Order No. 288 of 2 July 2020. The Forest+ Entrepreneur Programme will encourage: training people, individuals or legal entities, to develop entrepreneurial skills, projects and behaviors that allow them to access economic opportunities linked to the programme's objectives; entrepreneurial actions that have the potential to enhance the market for payments for environmental services. The strategic objectives of the Forest+ Entrepreneur Programme are: prospect reports, documents and research already available that demonstrate potential and development opportunities for the biomes, as well as carry out complementary diagnoses and analyses to enrich opportunities; mobilize, qualify and integrate entrepreneurs and programmes, impacting sustainable regional development from the improvement of the business environment and the unfolding of development plans into practical axes; encourage the registration of entrepreneurship projects on the Forest+ Platform to facilitate access by interested parties to financial resources originating from international cooperation, climate financing, conversion of fines in addition to voluntary initiatives, with the aim of boosting a sustainable economy; and encourage the development of an entrepreneurship component within the Digital Platform of the Forest+ Programme.
