Abstract

This Order, consisting of 4 articles, declares the state of phytosanitary emergency due to intensive plant pest Helicoverpa armigera attack in production areas of Mato Grosso to implement the plan of pest suppression and adoption of emergency measures. This Order specifies bounded areas by the affected Helicoverpa armigera in the state of Mato Grosso, covering several specific municipalities. Guidelines and steps to be followed are set forth in Order No. 1.109 of 6 November 2013.
