This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order provides for the completion of control measures on Glanders disease and applies restrictions to the transit of equines throughout the state of Mato Grosso. The interstate transit of equines, regardless of origin, destination and purpose will be authorised upon the presentation of the following documents: the Animal Transit - GTA animal health and other documents required by law and tax animal health protection; the original laboratory test with a negative result for Glanders disease, whose validity must include the whole period of transit of the animal or agricultural event; the veterinary certificate of absence of clinical signs of glanders. The validity of the examination referenced in section II of this article is 180 days for properties monitored and 60 days for the other properties.
