This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 10 articles, establishes sanitary measures to control the state of Glanders disease and applies restriction and prohibition to the transit of equines throughout the state of Mato Grosso. It establish measures to control the movement of equines for surveillance purposes and animal health protection. In particular, article 3 establishes that the transit of equines in the state of Mato Grosso to participate in agricultural events must be accompanied by: the Animal Transit - GTA animal health and other documents required by law and tax animal health protection; the laboratory tests with negative results for Glanders disease, whose validity must include the whole period of transit of the animal or agricultural event; veterinary certificate of absence of clinical signs of glanders.
