Abstract

This Order, consisting of 18 articles and 9 Annexes, approves the phytosanitary requirements for production, trade, entry, transit, storage and use of coffee seedlings in the State of Rondônia. It establishes the mandatory registration into the IDARON Registrar of all seedlings nurseries and storages, handled by individuals, civil or legal entities, regardless of their purpose, as provided by Decree 14.653 of 27 October 2009. The nurseries should have a Technical Manager (Agronomist, registered in the respective Professional Regional Council) who is responsible for the plant health, performing technical assistance and is authorized to issue Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin (CFO). In the case of seedlings cultivated for their own use, the producer shall submit to IDARON a supporting statement declaring their own use (in Annex I).
