This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 10 articles, provides for the issuing of forestry authorization to perform vegetation removal and clearcut logging related or not to the activities and projects licensed by the IAP. It establishes that forestry authorization issuing for logging in areas larger than 5 hectares, Cutting Information of Bracatinga Management in areas above 20 hectares per year and other permits requiring the analysis of specific projects are conditional to enforced Federal and State legislation, as well as to licensing guidelines and Forestry Authorization disciplined in Resolution SEMA/IAP No. 031/1998 and also the analysis and opinion of the FORESTRY TECHNICAL COMMITTEE. The administrative procedures for requesting vegetation suppression from areas located in the municipalities of Antonina, Guaraqueçaba, Guaratuba, Matinhos, Morretes, Paranaguá and Pontal do Paraná, should be forwarded for review and advise of the FORESTRY TECHNICAL COMMITTEE, regardless of their area.
