This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 16 articles and 1 Annex, establishes standards and defines fishing areas, size and quota of fish caught by amateur and professional fishing in the basin of the river Ivaí within State of Paraná. The rules of fishing in waters under federal jurisdiction corresponding to the Paraná River basin are established by the relevant standards. This Order does not apply to the capture of non-native, exotic, alien and hybrid fish. It also establishes prohibited fishing areas and specifies a List of native species and their minimum dimensions capture, as specified in the Annex.
