This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 11 articles, provides for trading in Foot and Mouth Disease vaccine within the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Trading in FMD vaccine to farmers and/or livestock establishments shall be performed in accordance with the standards established by this Ordinance. The marketing of FMD vaccine will be held during these periods: during the vaccination campaign, including official periods of vaccination against FMD, defined by Order IAGRO/MS No. 2.550 of 30 May 2012. In periods outside of the vaccination campaign, included by other months of the year, in which vaccination may only occur in specific cases and with the permission of the official service. In every trading operation of FMD vaccine it is mandatory to issue an invoice, containing detailed information specified in the text.
