Abstract This Order, consisting of 11 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the situations in which authorization may be issued for agricultural controlled fires. The authorization for the use of fire on vegetation will be issued in the following situations: controlled fires used in training courses organized by member organizations of the Inter-institutional Committee for the Prevention and Fighting of Forest Fires in Rondônia; controlled fires of small farms for the purpose of family farming cleaning with not more than 2-hectare areas; and in small hills (piles), of vegetation that do not serve for commercial use, including trunks, roots or tree stumps.
