This Cabinet Order enters into force on 1 June 2015.
Abstract

This Order regulates agricultural, forestry and fishery products, specified by Cabinet Order in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Act on Protection of Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuff, by listing the items (excluding those intended for human consumption) as follows: i) flora for ornamental purposes; ii) industrial crops; iii) wood and bamboo materials; iv) fish for ornamental purposes; v) pearls. The products manufactured or processed using agricultural, forestry and fishery products as raw materials or ingredients specified by Cabinet Order in Article 2 of the Act are items (excluding those that constitute beverages and foodstuff) as follows: i) fodder (limited to those manufactured or processed using agricultural, forestry and fishery products as raw materials or ingredients); ii) lacquer; iii) bamboo materials; iv) essential oils; v) charcoal; vi) wood; vii) tatami rush; viii) raw silk.
