Abstract

By virtue of powers vested section 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Diyadava reserved Forest of 2323.235 Hectares bounded by the limits set forth in the Schedule hereto as Diyadava Conservation Forest on 1 October, 2010. Schedules 1 to 5 specify geographical coordinates and the boundaries of this forest area.
