Abstract

By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 “A” of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Angamuwa Kanda Forest of 62.418 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the schedule hereto as Angamuwa Kanda Conservation Forest from 31st day of December 2012.
